How can we help?
Whether a tool is misbehaving, a purchase has not restored, or you’ve got an idea that would make Dev Army Knife better: drop us an email and a real person will get back to you.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Something not working?
Tell us which tool you were in, what you did, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps, and so does the input if you are able to share it: the file you opened, the request you sent, the text you pasted. For the network tools, the host and the error shown are the most useful things to tell us.
Purchase not showing?
Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so it comes back on your other devices and after a reinstall. If it has not, use Restore purchases from the Pro sheet. If it still will not restore, send us the date of the purchase.
Have an idea?
A tool the knife should have, a format a converter should read, or a reference sheet that is missing? Suggestions are very welcome: Dev Army Knife is actively developed, and tools added later join Pro at no extra cost.
Please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 17 Pro or iPad Pro 13-inch), its iOS or iPadOS version, and the Dev Army Knife version from the About screen. Nothing you paste into the app is ever sent to us, so anything we need to see has to come in your email.
