How it works
Scan the code, get dealt in
The lobby shows a QR code; scanning it opens the game in each player’s own browser. Their two cards are dealt privately to their phone, the shared table stays on the host, and their phone only ever offers bets that are legal, so a button you can see is a button that will be taken.
- Nothing to install: it is a QR code and the phone’s own browser
- A locked or wandering phone picks up exactly where it was on reopening the page, and a seat can be moved to a fresh phone mid-game with a code
- No internet needed: any wifi works, even one with no connection to the outside world, and away from home a Personal Hotspot does the job
- Fold and all-in need two taps to arm, so nobody mis-taps away a stack
Your phone is your hand
Private cards, honest buttons
Each phone shows only what is private to that player: their cards, their legal actions, and a raise slider with min, pot and all-in presets. Everyone looks at the host for the table.
The games
Four variants, two ways to run the night
Pick a game in the lobby and the app deals it properly, with the rules of that variant enforced hand by hand.
No limit hold’em
The classic. Two cards each, five on the board, and any stack can go in at any moment.
Pot limit Omaha
Four cards in the hand, exactly two of them used, and pot-sized fireworks. The app enforces the exactly-two rule so nobody misreads their flush.
Limit hold’em
Fixed bet sizes, with each street capped at four bets: one bet and three raises. The app offers the one legal bet, every time.
Short deck
Thirty-six cards, action everywhere. The flush beats the full house and the A-6-7-8-9 wheel plays, and the rules screen agrees.
Tournament
A blind ladder that climbs on a clock, at three speeds to suit the night, with an optional rebuy window for early exits. Finishing places on a podium at the end.
Cash game
Fixed blinds all night, top-ups between hands for anyone running short, and an end-after-this-hand button. Net chips for the night are worked out for you, and they always add up to nothing.
Match nights
Best of three or best of five games with cumulative totals across the set and a match winner crowned at the end.
The maths is the app's job
Showdowns worth watching, arguments settled
Side pots, split pots, all-in runouts, dead buttons and the odd shape of a heads-up hand are all worked out by the app rather than argued about by the table.
- Showdowns hold for twenty seconds with every revealed hand on show, the winner’s five cards highlighted, and the hand named in plain words: “a full house, kings over fours”
- Big multiway pots get two-column results, every phone gets an OK, and when the whole table has tapped it the game moves on
- Every pot always adds up: main pot, side pots and the blinds are tracked to the chip
- A hand history on the host keeps every board, winner and shown card. Mucked cards are never recorded
A bigger night
Two or three tables, one winner
Turn on multi-table and one tournament is dealt across up to three tables and thirty players. Any spare screen becomes a table: another iPad or iPhone with the app, or just a telly or a laptop with a browser on it. The host device runs the lot.
- Tables are kept level for you: when they drift apart the game says who is moving and where to, with an on-screen ceremony so nobody misses their own transfer
- Anyone moved sits out until the big blind reaches them, so a table change is never a free hand
- As players go out, tables break down until the final table plays out on the master device
- A night this size wants proper wifi rather than a hotspot, and the app says so itself
It keeps score
The leaderboard remembers the night before
Results are saved on the host device, so the record of who has actually been winning lives with the household, not on a server.
- Lifetime wins, win rate, streaks and score trends per player
- Poker tiles for the bragging rights: knockouts, biggest pot, hands won
- A night summary shares as a one-page A4 PDF from the game-over screen: standings, knockouts and the biggest pot of the night

Rules that know the game you are in
Every variant ships its own rules, searchable and readable offline, with the hand rankings drawn as real cards rather than pictures. Short deck’s rules know the flush beats the full house; Omaha’s know about exactly two.

The details
Little things that make it feel like poker night
The action clock
An optional per-decision timer of 30, 60 or 90 seconds that checks or folds on expiry. It pauses while a phone is disconnected, and the host can always act for someone who has wandered off.
The win-chance helper
An optional percentage on each player’s own phone, off by default, for chosen players or everyone. A learning aid computed fairly against unknown hands, never the real deal.
Hand history
A per-session log on the host of every hand’s board, winners, pots and any shown cards. Mucked cards are never recorded, so a fold stays a secret.
Avatars and colours
Every player’s avatar and colour are remembered per person, night after night, on the table, their phone and the leaderboard.
Decks and app icons
Three deck designs to choose in Settings, and four app icons, each with dark and tinted variants.
Sounds where they belong
A real cue bank of chips, cards, knocks and blinds-up on the host and on linked table screens. Phones stay silent by design.
