Whether a level will not behave, a shared code will not open, or you’ve got an idea that would make Looney Ballooney better: drop us an email and a real person will get back to you.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Something not working?
Tell us what you were doing, which world and level you were on, what happened and what you expected instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps.
A shared level?
If a level code will not open, send us the six-character code. If a Community level or nickname breaks the community rules, report it in the app, or email us the code.
Have an idea?
A hazard you would love in the level editor, a world you would like to fly through, or something that would make sharing easier? Suggestions are very welcome.
Please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro), its iOS or iPadOS version, and the Looney Ballooney version.
