Maxy MIDI Support

How can we help?

Whether a control is not reaching your DAW, a connection will not hold, or you’ve got an idea that would make Maxy MIDI better: drop us an email and a real person will get back to you.

We aim to reply within two working days.

Nothing arriving in the DAW?

Open the MIDI monitor from the gear and play the control. Seeing the message leave, or not leave, narrows the hunt to one half of the chain. Then check Outputs on the MIDI devices screen: a port switched off there is the commonest cause. Each template card says what the host needs first.

Something not working?

Tell us which board or template you were on, which DAW or device it was reaching and how (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB or the virtual ports), what you did, and what you expected instead. A screenshot, or the exported board file itself, helps enormously.

Have an idea?

A control the app is missing, a synthesiser or DAW that deserves a template, or something the inspector should offer? Suggestions are very welcome: Maxy MIDI is actively developed and user ideas shape what comes next.

The quickest way to write in is from the app itself: Settings, About, then Contact support, which fills in the version, the iOS version and the device for you. Otherwise, please include your device model (e.g. iPad Pro 13-inch), its iOS or iPadOS version, and the Maxy MIDI version from the About screen. The help in the app has seventy four articles, searchable from the gear menu, and covers every control and every screen.
