How can we help?
Whether something’s gone wrong, a dataset won’t import, or you’ve got an idea that would make Quick ML better - drop us an email and a real person will get back to you.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Something not working?
Tell us what you were doing when it happened and what you expected instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously.
Trouble importing a file?
Let us know the file type (CSV, Excel, Parquet…) and roughly what the data looks like - column names and a few example rows are usually enough. Please don’t send sensitive data.
Have an idea?
Feature suggestions are very welcome - Quick ML is actively developed and user ideas shape the roadmap.
When reporting a problem, it also helps to include your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro), iOS or iPadOS version, and the Quick ML version from the app’s settings screen.
