How can we help?
Whether a picture will not come, an export has gone wrong, or you’ve got an idea that would make Stereogram Studio better: drop us an email and a real person will get back to you.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Something not working?
Tell us which screen you were on (Create, Reverse Engineer, Animate, Book or Patterns), what you were doing when it happened, and what you expected instead. A screenshot, or the .stereogram project file itself, helps enormously.
Picture will not fuse?
Try the Check it switch on the Generate step first, then the "How to view a stereogram" article in Learn. Some pictures need less depth or a busier pattern, and some people cannot fuse stereograms at all. If a picture that used to work has stopped, send it over.
Have an idea?
A source you wish it could import, a pattern layer you are missing, or something the book builder should do? Suggestions are very welcome: Stereogram Studio is actively developed and user ideas shape what comes next.
When reporting a problem, it also helps to include your device model (e.g. iPad Pro 13-inch), its iOS or iPadOS version, and the Stereogram Studio version from the app’s Settings screen. For a decode that went wrong, the stereogram you were decoding is the most useful thing you can send.
